RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Overview

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you have received an incorrect or faulty order, then of course we will refund in that case.  

Why we don’t offer refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges unless you have received an incorrect or faulty order, in which case we will of course refund. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you’re ordering the correct size.

Why we don’t offer refunds

Reason 1: We’d love for you to order three sizes of the same t-shirt and just send the two back that don’t fit. That’s how it works nowadays with the likes of Amazon and other big companies. But, we’re not those. Our shop works on a ‘Print on Demand’ basis, which means every order you make is made just for you. So, if you were to return it, we’d foot the bill every time. 

Reason 2: We don’t have a home address and are currently riding round the world. So even if we could accept returns, they’d have nowhere to be returned to, checked, stored or resold.

Getting it right

Please bear in mind that you are purchasing using a Print on Demand service and that the order you place will be made specifically for you. This means you need to be sure on your sizing, style and colour options before you commit to the purchase. 

Damaged or incorrect orders

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order (for example, it is not what you ordered, is misprinted or damaged etc), please email shop@madornomad.com with photos of the the wrong / damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. You must do this within 14 days of receiving the product.
